What features does Lifelyze include?
Lifelyze includes a full suite of personal organization tools: calendar, budget tracking, health logs with food scanning, notes, reminders, an AI assistant, and sharing - all in one place.
What does Lifelyze connect to?
Lifelyze offers two-way Google Calendar and Apple Calendar sync, Apple Health and Health Connect sync for weight, nutrition, and workouts, and workout music via Apple Music. MyAI chat runs on Anthropic's Claude for Premium and Google Gemini on the free plan, per-feature insights run on Gemini, and the cross-domain AI Insights (Patterns and the Weekly Report) run on Claude. You choose which integrations to enable - nothing connects without your permission.
Does Lifelyze sync with my calendar?
Yes. Lifelyze offers two-way Google Calendar sync and two-way Apple Calendar (EventKit) sync, so events stay consistent across all your devices and apps.
Can I track calories, macros, and workouts?
Yes. Log food by scanning nutrition labels or barcodes, track calories and macros against a calculated TDEE goal, log strength and cardio workouts, and optionally sync with Apple Health or Health Connect.
Can I share things with other people?
Yes. Tap Share on any item - a meal, workout, note, budget item, event, and more. Send it to a friend inside Lifelyze, or share it externally by text, email, or your device's share sheet. External shares carry a branded image, and a link opens the full item on the web (a day's food log or a finished workout is view-only). You can also share a chart as a Progress Card. Items you create stay private until you choose to share them.
Can I message other people and coach them?
Yes. Messaging friends 1:1 and in group chats is free, with report and block built in. Coach is a paid role: a shareable code puts your members on Premium under your plan, and you can message or broadcast to all of them. Three tiers by member count - Starter, Pro, Elite - each including your own Premium.
Is my data private?
Absolutely. Your data lives in your own Firebase Firestore database and is accessible only to you. We never sell your data or share it with third parties.
How does MyAI chat work?
MyAI looks up only the data your question needs (calendar, budget, health, notes, reminders) through secure, redacted read tools, then sends that and your conversation to the model: Claude on Premium, Gemini on the free plan. You can attach up to four photos to a message. Providers do not retain it after the response is returned.
How do the AI Insights work?
Every widget (Budget, Calendar, Notes, Health, Reminders) has a per-widget AI Insights button that analyzes that section's data with Google Gemini. The AI Insights popup then adds Patterns (cross-domain correlations) and an automatic Weekly Report - both generated by Anthropic's Claude - plus Trends, A-F grades across all 6 domains.
Is Lifelyze free?
Yes. Free forever covers the calendar, notes, reminders, manual health and budget tracking, workout tracking with PRs and rest timers, the Today list, streaks and achievements, home-screen widgets and the Apple Watch app, messaging, sharing and Discover, exercise tutorials, importing your existing history, and 300 AI credits a month. Premium adds a much larger AI allowance and the AI features listed below.
How much does Premium cost, and what does it add?
Premium is $7.99 a month or $59.99 a year, saving about 37%. It raises your AI allowance from 300 to 2,500 credits a month and unlocks AI Insights on every widget, Patterns, Trends grades and the Weekly Report, food scanning and AI meal photos, the AI workout designer, AI note summaries, budget goals and receipt scanning, calendar and health sync, the Claude connector, and CSV export. Top-up packs never expire.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel any time. On iOS, manage it in the App Store under your Apple Account subscriptions; on Android, in Google Play under Payments and subscriptions; on the web, from Settings in Lifelyze. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Premium until the end of the period you already paid for. Refunds are handled by whichever store processed the purchase.
What is the Today page?
Today merges everything you track into a single list ordered by time of day, rather than a separate list per feature - meals, calendar events, workouts, bills due, and notes all in the order they actually happen. Tasks with no time of day are grouped under Anytime rather than being given a guessed one. Closing out your day keeps a streak going and unlocks achievements.
What makes MyAI different from just using ChatGPT?
MyAI is connected to your real data. When you ask 'why did I go over budget last week?' it can actually check your calendar and food logs to give you a real answer - not a generic one. That cross-domain context is what makes it useful.
Is Lifelyze available on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Lifelyze runs on iOS, Android, and the web from a single account, so your schedule, spending, and health are in sync everywhere. The app is available in English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), German and Japanese.
